Use Login With E-okie
To log in with e-okie, you can sign in using your e-okie username and password and share information with participating third-party applications

To Login on E-okie
1. Go to a website's top right corner and click the login button. The E-okie-hosted sign-in screen will appear.
2. Note: After adding your login credentials you must ensure that website registered with E-okie login will always have a sign-in screen with an e-okia web address. Don't provide information to any third-party sites directly.
3. Enter Username or passwords
4. When you sign in to a website or app for the first time, you will see a screen asking for your consent to share certain information from your personal profile. Select OK if you want to share this data with the website or app.
5. You will be directed back to the Website or App as a registered user or asked to complete the registration.


Managing Your Account
How to close my account?
When your account is closed, it cannot be accessed by you or anyone else; You will lose all of your activity and information like reviews, discussion posts, order purchase history, uploaded content, data, etc.

To submit a request to delete your account or personal information:
● Go to Account and send Close Request
● Sign in to the account you want to close
● Choose a valid reason to close your account
● click yes and confirm

Note: In case of multiple accounts, follow the same steps above for each of them to ensure that we have the right to process each account you close.
We will send you a confirmation notification to the email address or mobile number associated with your account. After confirmation, your account will be closed.

Note: If you decide later that you want to start ordering from us again, you will need to create a new account. To learn more, visit What happens when I close my account?

Note: Before submitting your account closure request to ensure that there are no pending orders that you would like to receive, please wait until the delivery of your product.

How to Solve Mobile Number Linking Issues?
If you cannot log in or sign-up using your mobile number because it is already linked to another account, please try one of the following solutions:
If you are not able to login or sign-up using your mobile number which is already linked with another account.
You can try the following solution
● Try resetting the password using Forgot Password? to confirmation. You will receive a one-time passcode (OTP) on your mobile number
● Enter the OTP to verify that it is your account.
● Reset password and login again and continue shopping on E-okie.

How to Create an Account?
You can create an account on E-okie by using a mobile number or email address. You must use your mobile phone number to sign in or login into all E-okie platforms.

To create an account on E-okie

● Go to your Account settings
● Click on sign up
● Click Add from the Mobile Phone Number section.
● Add your mobile phone number, name, and email address
● Once added, you will see an option to verify this number.
● Your account is created

In case you want to change or edit your phone number, go to Your Account and click on Login & Security to make the changes.

Also, You can add, edit, remove or switch your E-okie accounts using the E-okie shopping website.

 

Edit Your Profile
You can easily edit your profile name or image.
To edit your profile:

● Go to your profile.
● Click the Edit Your Public Profile button. To edit your privacy settings (which are visible to visitors to your profile page), select Edit Settings.
● Update your personal information
● Select Save.

About public names,
Your public name shows up when you review a product on e-okay. It also appears to account for a number of activities such as customer ratings, wish lists, customer Q&A and vendor feedback.

● Go to your public profile page
● Select Edit your public profile.
● Update your public name.
● You can use your real-world name or pseudonym as your public name.
About Public Activity
Your public activity on E-okie such as customer ratings or reviews, Q&A, and public wish lists are considered as a public activity. All of your browsing and purchase history are not included in public activity.
All of your public activities appear on E-okie with your public name. For example, you will write a customer review that appears with your public name.
Customers Review:
A person can submit a review of a product after buying it. You must need to share a genuine review of products. We encourage you to share your opinions, both favorable and unfavorable.

Customer review helps customers to make a decision and learn more about the product.
Note: We have a zero-tolerance policy for any review designed to mislead or manipulate customers.
Nobody can write reviews from a promotion perspective.

Read the following types of reviews that we do not allow and will remove:
1. Review by anyone who has a direct or indirect financial interest in the product.
2. Review by someone who has a close personal relationship with the product owner, author or artist.
3. Reviews submitted by the product manufacturer as an unbiased buyer.
4. Many negative reviews for the same product from one customer.
5. Seller's negative review on a competitor's product.
6. A positive review on a peer's album in return for receiving a positive review from an artist.
7. You can see all your reviews by going to your profile.

Don't worry, it will be reversed instantly. Contact our support team as soon as possible. You can check your account balance to confirm.

When you choose to save card details, we save.
For security, You only save the following card details on our server. The purpose of saving card details is to make it easier for users to make purchases on our website.

● Expiry date of the card
● We do not save the CVV number or the 3D secure password.
